- Working with a global Finance company to test the Disaster Recovery resilience of the business – our role included the planning and preparation for the test with multi-disciplined teams from across the globe, project management on test day and providing a full and concise report on the successes and failures of the event.
- Worked with one on Edinburgh and Dunfermline’s leading Commercial Law firms to design and implement a Business Continuity Strategy and produce a comprehensive BC plan, encapsulating the guiding principles of BS25999.
- BB Hobbes recently provided an external audit of the Internal Accounting Controls for a leading London based audit firm. The organisation was a UK based subsidiary of a US based company and legally needed an external audit to ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbarnes Oxley Act of 2002.
- Provided high level project management advice to a national care company who were upgrading their business applications and underlying infrastructure
